PKN Foundation holds itself to the highest standards of accountability. Trust from our SMEs, partners, and communities is foundational to our mission.
We publish annual financial summaries once our EIN is confirmed and Form 990 filing begins. All program expenditures are tracked against stated objectives.
We commit to reporting on the number of SMEs facilitated, capital introductions made, and mentorship hours delivered on an annual basis.
PKN Foundation is governed by a board of directors. Board meeting minutes and governance documents are available to partners and stakeholders upon request.
We operate strictly independent of any political party or candidate in the US, Kenya, or any African market. This commitment is absolute and unconditional.
As we launch our inaugural programs, we will begin collecting and publishing baseline data. Our first annual transparency report is expected in Q1 2027, covering program year 2026.
